How to Make a Confidential Report of Suspected Child Abuse
If you are concerned that a child you know is being abused or neglected, please make a confidential report of your concerns to the Office of Community Services. In St. Tammany Parish, call 985.893.6225. In Washington Parish, call 985.732.6800. You should dial 911 or call your local law enforcement agency if the concern is of an emergency nature and the child appears to be in imminent danger. All reports of child abuse are protected and your name will not be disclosed to the child's caregiver.
