A family focused, licensed outpatient treatment program for adolescents who are experiencing problems with alcohol and/or other drugs.

OPTIONS’ purpose is to intervene in the destructive, self-defeating cycle of addiction by assisting adolescents and families in the recovery process. Individuals and families can and do recover from the effects of chemical dependency. With appropriate treatment and sufficient self-motivation clients can resume leading productive, happy lives “one day at a time.”

OPTIONS Services:
- Assessment
- Individual, Family, and Group Therapy
- Parent Groups and Educational Groups
- Drug Screening
- Relapse Prevention
- Twelve-step Work
- Information and Referral

Risk Factors:
- Tolerance: Using more of the substance to produce desired effects
- Family history of substance abuse
- Environment with emotional/physical abuse or with substance abusing family, friends, etc.
- Emotional distress: depression, anxiety, worry
