On behalf of the Youth Service Bureau staff and board of directors, I welcome you to our agency’s website.  The Youth Service Bureau is a private, non-profit, United Way partner agency with offices throughout St. Tammany and Washington Parishes in southeast Louisiana, on Lake Pontchartrain’s Northshore.  We provide powerfully effective programs of prevention and intervention for at-risk youth and their families, and we recruit, screen, and train volunteers to advocate for our community’s abused and neglected children.
